The PADI 5 Star Career Development Center (CDC) classification is awarded to PADI Five Star Instructor Development Centers that dedicate their businesses to professional development for dive instructors. These dive shops meet the highest requirements for training PADI Professionals and offer career-oriented programs to prepare scuba diving professionals for employment in the dive industry.
Academy of Diving Trust is registered with NZQA as a Private Training Establishment and serves as a key tertiary provider, delivering skilled graduates to meet the economic, social, and cultural needs of marine, aquatic, outdoor, and recreational sectors and has approval to subcontract to Dive Zone
The Health and Safety at Work (Adventure Activities) Regulations 2016 deal with the provision of adventure activities and this Act requires Dive Operators to be audited and meet safety standards set. A Qualworx certification shows that your organisation has met the highest standard of safety in the adventure activities industry.
